The health of our Terramé friends and family is our number one priority. We are proud to have received an A++ on #MaskUpHuntsville for the precautions we have taken. To ensure our employees and clients feel safe, we have implemented new processes to improve efficiencies and reduce guests touch points where possible.
Our normal business hours have resumed, but some services are limited. We ask that you wait in your vehicle and call when you arrive. Only the individual scheduled for the appointment will be allowed inside. Wherever possible, we have redirected the traffic through the store, and have the floor marked to indicate safe social distances.
We have placed plexiglass barriers between each shampoo station and several stylist stations, as well as at the makeup counters and checkout areas. We have enabled touchless payment as well.
Upon entering the salon, we will spray your hands with sanitizer, and we will provide disposable masks if you are without, or if you are concerned about salon products staining your mask. We disinfect all chairs, tools, and other surfaces after each client.
Our hair salons have fully resumed all services. The following areas of service are either limited or unavailable at this time: hot stone massages, makeup, hydrotherapy, and eyelash extension services.
Providing the Terramé experience that you have come to expect is still #1 for us! Even though we have had to make some changes to adjust to the new rules, the relationships we have with you will always be the foundation of our experience.
